Wholemeal Hylopites

The most traditional Greek pasta, which in some parts of Peloponnese is also called ‘’toutoumakia’’, sliced in small squares, made from 100% wholemeal semolina.  It can be cooked either as a soup or it can accompany chicken with a tomato sauce baked in the oven.
